AMERICAN ANIMAL and the character Jimmy (Matt D'Elia) is how we may react if tomorrow was the last day on earth before the world ends or in the movies case terminally ill. When you know life is going to end soon you sense of caring just goes out the window and you start doing crazy absurd things and in this movie it creates a dark sense of humour. In the movie Jimmy is an eccentric character sharing a flat with his mate James with Jimmy say he is happy no longer sick. They invite around a few sexy girls and have a night of drinking, smoking pot and lots of sex with everything hunky dory until James annouces he has a new job and he's leaving and Jimmy just looses his marbles.
American Animal is actually written & directed by Matt D'ellia and will be making its world premiere during SXSW Festival which starts tomorrow in Austin Texas.
