Teaser Trailer For Tsui Hark's FLYING SWORDS OF DRAGON GATE Starring Jet LI

Tsui Hark recent Detective Dee And The Mystery Of The Phantom Flame movie help the Chinese director to return to the top of Chinese/Hong Kong cinema industry, it was his best movie to date.Due to the success of his last movie his next movie FLYING SWORDS OF DRAGON GATE (3D) is now a highly anticipated movie especially as it sees Hark team up with Jet Li once again, first time since Once Upon  a time in China.

The only thing that would put me off this is its 3D but this is a Hark movie so im willing to forget 3D part plus its the first WU XIA film in 3D too! The movie stars Jet Li, Chen Kun, Zhou Xun, Louis Fan Siu-wong, Kwai Lun-mei, Mavis Fan and Li Yu-chun. Loosely based on Hark's 1992 film (though the director does say its not)New Dragon gate and tells the story of a Ming Dynasty general who battles a power hungary eunuch. Hark  has also hired the services of the Avatar fx supervisor Chuck Comiskey so if you were impressed with Avatar effects this will be a treat to you, FLYING SWORDS OF DRAGON GATE 3D will be released in China/Hong Kong this December.
