Carnage marks a little bit of a gear-change for the director, as it is Roman Polanski's first all-out comedy drama. The film is an adaptation of a Tony Award winning play by Yasmina Reza called 'God of Carnage', and it's single-minded location/ensemble is on full display in the trailer below.
Carnage features an all-star cast that includes; Kate Winslet, Jodie Foster, Christoph Waltz and John C. Reilly, and it will premiere at the New York Film Festival on September 30th, with an American theatrical release coming on December 16. Expect an early 2012 release for the UK.
