When it comes to sports been Scottish and competing nationally and internationally we're not the most successful but that doesn't stop us trying, unlike some countries we wont mention we are realistic and know our limits. Amazingly there is a sports we're actually good at CURLING KING (Kong Curling) is a new comedy all about curling a sport that Scotland is actually good at, we've even been the world (& European) Champions! What this movie reminds of is a Curling version of Kingpin (Woody Harrelson, Bill Murray), a wide array of oddball characters some stranger, others overweight, over drugged players perfect for a very strange sport (which happened to be created in my hometown of Paisley, Scotland!).
Atle Antonsen plays former world curling champion Truls Paulson whose cracked under the pressure, but now heavily medicated he must renter the sport to pay for his friends surgery. CURLING KING will be released in Norway September 23rd.
