Charlotte Gainsbourg Going Hardcore In Lars Von Trier 'The Nymphomaniac'

When comes to making comments, fun of sensitive subjects such as World War Two and Nazism your on the road to big trouble and in some countries could find you arrested or opened prosecution. Lars Von Trier's is a mighty ucky person he's not behind bars in France thanks to his inappropriate Jokes but for some strange morbid reason he seems to get away with it resulting in more people checking out his next film which was Melancholia which we know now was critically acclaimed film and the public watched it as if nothing happened back in the Summer at Cannes.

I think we've grown to accept a new Von Trier film isn't the same without some sort of controversy and his next project certainly raised more than just eyebrows when he announced The Nymphomaniac is to be pornographic in nature. Two version to be made of the film one 'softcore' another which will test the nerves of the censors and to be'hardcore'. The film is to be 'an explicit exploration of a woman’s erotic life' with the film to be split into eight chapter with each chapter with explicit topics. The film will follow the lead female character from the moment of her birth to age 50 but who will play that lead ? Many reports believed it was Melancholia darling Kirsten Dunst however Variety otherwise as they are reporting it's Charlotte Gainsbourg.

This news comes with no surprise as she does seem to be a Von Trier regular, she knows what's ahead of her when you sign on the dotted line.It does seem any time the dane and the British actress team up it's a good bet for the film awards and Gainsbourg has won numerous awards especially for her role in Antichrist and this film proves she's not scared to flaunt herself naked either.  It's also reported that Alexander Skarsgaard is also onboard whom has said his father Stellan maybe onboard as well but at this stage very little is known about the film apart from to expect the film to start shooting next Summer.
