2 Interntional Trailers For Norwegian Dark Folk Tale Flick THALE

Aleksander Nordaas' THALE has been around for over an year and bit but now the film is finished and has a release date in Norway for February 17th. The good folks overs Twitch have gotten there hands on new international teaser trailers which is in English subtitles suggests the film will be getting released in English speaking countries hopefully UK&Ireland as this looks very good.

I've had a passion for Greek mythology/folklore since I was a kid but i've tempted occasionally other countries folklore with Norway (Scandinavia in general)been a big attraction. THALE might not be a fantasy in the sense going back to ancient times but Nordass' film will be steeped in weird sexually active creatures that'll either force you to marry them or simply be killed if you don't satisfy them! Behold a girl (a Huldra) with a cow’s tail and a peculiar appetite, just keep in the trousers guys or you'll regret taking it out!

In some traditions the huldra lures men into the forest to have sexual intercourse with her, rewarding those who satisfy her and often killing those who do not. The Norwegian huldra is a lot less bloodthirsty and may simply kidnap a man or lure him into the underworld. She sometimes steals human infants and replaces them with her own ugly huldrebarn (changeling huldre children). In some cases the intercourse resulted in a child, being presented to the unknowing father. In some cases she forces him to marry her. - wikipedia
