In the 1980's he was remembered as the actor in the cast of the Police Academy franchise with the weird squeaky voice, Bobcat Goldthwait but not many people know him for his tv& film direction. 2009 he was responsible for the underrated World's Greatest Dad with Robin Williams a really funny film which sadly got a very very limited run in UK but now he returns with his follow up GOD BLESS AMERICA which now has a red band trailer.
This has dark satire all across it, really does sum up not just what Middle America is going through but also here in UK as conservative rears its ugly head destroy the fabric of the common man & woman, making it friendlier for the rich and harder for those who need help. God Bless America certainly show how one dimensional middle America can be at times nit surprised more people worldwide haven't cracked at this stupidity!
No word on a release date if one comes for UK&Ireland but GOD BLESS AMERICA is getting a VOD release April 6th before it gets a proper cinema release a month later on May 11th. Tyra Lynne Barr, Joel Murray, Mackenzie Brooke Smith, Rich McDonald, Guerrin Gardner, and Melinda Page Hamilton all star.
