SXSW 2012: Cigarettes, Guns and Teens. Trailer For FUNERAL KINGS

What has foul mouth teens who look immature, smoke have guns and one knows what a 'pussy' feels like? Its the trailer for McManus Brother's FUNERAL KINGS! This one looks like a crazy Wes Anderson films plenty of comedy, drama and bite making this a interesting coming of age flick which played at last month's Sundance film festival and will play at next month's SXSW festival which was recently announced.

It's always a good day for a funeral at St. Mark's Middle School. Andy and Charlie, two altar servers, don't just get to miss class anytime a parishioner kicks the bucket, they cut out early and play hooky as soon as the service is over. Eventually their irreverent personalities will put them in a situation that is too big for them to handle.

After a series of short films Funeral Kings marks the brothers feature debut and going on the evidence of the trailer below they have a promising future in feature films. Funeral Kings stars Dylan Hartigan, Alex Maizus, Jordan Puzzo, Charles Odei, Kevin Corrigan, Michaela McManus, Michael Delaney, PJ McCabe, Dan Perrault and Sarah Baldwin.
