If you haven't learned from the awesome 2012 The Raid that everything is a weapon The Raid 2:Berandal American trailer will beat you down at a unrelenting pace.On the eve of it's World Premiere at Sundance Film Festival a new trailer is unleashed on the interwebs showcasing director Gareth Evans promise of delivering much more of the same but intensified the action which will blow the Richter scale!
Picking up 2 hours after The Raid we find Rama (Iko Iwais) deeper inside enemy territory in the heart of Jakarta criminal underworld in a prison.He must infiltrate from the inside unmasking the corruption amongst the police force as well as protect his own family too.
The Raid 2:Berandal is set for a U.S 28th March release, but here in UK expect to see the film possibly summer. The film co-stars Julie Estelle, Alex Abbad, Yayan Ruhian, Mathias Muchus, Tio Pakusadewo, Marsha Timothy, Cecep Arif Rahman, Matsuda Ryuhei, Endo Kenichi and Kitamura Kazuki
