The first full trailer for Luc Besson's Les aventures extraordinaires d'Adèle Blanc-Sec  has been embedded below thanks to Yahoo France via Slashfilm.

We've been following the progress of this movie as best as I can and I have to say this trailer is fantastic. The impressive looking trailer is based on the Jacques Tardi comicbooks which where and still are very popular in France, Belgium and other Benleux countries, so yes even the non hollywood movie market are recreating comicbooks for the big screen.

SYNOPSIS:(Source Twitchfilm)The year is 1912. Adèle Blanc-Sec, an intrepid young reporter, will go to any lengths to achieve her aims, including sailing to Egypt to tackle mummies of all shapes and sizes.

Meanwhile, in Paris, it's panic stations! A 136 million-year old pterodactyl egg on a shelf in the natural history museum has mysteriously hatched, and the bird subjects the city to a reign of terror from the skies. But nothing fazes Adèle Blanc-Sec, whose adventures reveal many more extraordinary surprises...
Set in the carefree world before World War I, Adèle Blanc-Sec's adventures see the brave young woman fearlessly battling crooks, corrupt politicians, demon worshipers and mad scientists. Legendary cartoonist Jacques Tardi's original stories perfectly recreate the intrigue, romance and excitement of one of the most tumultuous periods in history.
Adapted and directed by Luc Besson (Arthur and the Minimoys, The Fifth Element, The Professional), Adèle's exhilarating, funny and fabulous adventures will be one of the most eagerly anticipated releases of 2010
If this movie is given half a chance it could do very well outside France but then again theres sadly too many people lazy to read subtitles so they would have to destroy the movie with a watered down hollywood OTT poor version.

The movie is due to be released in France on APRIL 14TH but if your in Brussels, Belgium on April 9th you can ctach it at the Brussels Fantastic Film Festival

Brilliant Love is an unusal romance type movie directed by Ashley Horner  and it's good to be different be a romance movie but think outside the box when it comes to traditional elements of a movie genre and in this case romance. Manchester(Liam Browne) and Noon (Nancy Trotter) have a long summer relationship but  what if your a photographer would youcreating pictures artistically from cheap nasty cameras?

The movie will be shown at this years Tribeca Festival and a possible April release in UK so check out the synopsis and trailer below:

imdb synopsis:A poetic love story that follows Manchester and Noon as they enjoy a long, hot, summer romance. Noon is our narrator, a shy taxidermist who keeps a silent menagerie in the freezer alongside Manchester's ice pops. Manchester documents their affair, creating wonderfully charged images with just a couple of cheap, instamatic cameras. When a wealthy gentleman called Franny discovers Manchester and launches his photography on the art world, the success destroys the beauty of their once idyllic life
