Trailer For Mark Jackson's SLAMDANCE 2011 Winner WITHOUT

Yesterday saw the close of the Sundance/slamdance festivals and one of the winners of the Slamdance Fest was Mark Jackson's indie drama WITHOUT. The movie nabbed  the Grand Jury Sparky Award for Best Narrative Film and the great thing about independent movies is how they can be shot, Without is beautifully shot also mysterious enticing as well.
The reason I say mysterious is just simply down to the fact much isn't revealed in the plot for the movie, you do get the sense something dark is underling the actual movie which is great as you dont want to spoil the movie. The music is very haunting and from what I see from the trailer it reminds me alot of the plight in UK & Ireland of young people especially children up to older teens who have had to given up their childhoods for the sake of caring for a housebound/sick parent, Im sure this is the case in many parts of the world.
From the trailer we can see the story involves a story of a young girl just out of school in a cabin, caring for a man in a vegetative state, she's had to grow up very quickly learn life in a hard way, but who is this man? a relative? Or is this her first job outside school?
No word if the movie will be released but winning awards at Sundance should helo the movie get some sort of release.

Without is set on a remote wooded island. Here, a young woman, Joslyn, becomes caretaker to an old man trapped in a wheelchair and in a vegetative state. She has no cell signal, no access to the Internet and is only a year removed from high school. Processing a hefty personal grief, Joslyn vacillates between finding solace in the old man's company and feeling fear and suspicion towards
him. As the days wear on, her isolated routine devolves into a struggle with sexuality, guilt and loss.
