Yahoo Japan have posted online this trailer for the crazy surreal Hideaki Sato’s Kore de Ii no da!! Eiga: Akatsuka Fujio.
The film is based on a book by Toshiki Takei the longtime editor of Akatsuka Fujio with the story covering several of the years they worked together.In 1967, Shogakukan is holding their employee initiation ceremony when Fujio Akatsuka (Tadanobu Asano), a well-known manga artist for Shonen Sunday who speaks to the crowd dressed as one of there popular characters Ilaymi in attempt for the new recruits to adopt the trademark. However new recruit Hatsumi ( Maki Horikita) is shocked at the events unfolding in front of her and she refuses and punches Fujio in the face.
This movie looks abosolutely crazy only the Japanese could get away with this sort of slapstick crazy humour and Japanese movie fans can check the movie out when its released on 30 April.
