I spotted this trailer on another blog over the weekend but like alot of things something sidetracks you a little you forget but thankfully today I have found it again and now the trailer has been posted. Below is a trailer for a bizzare looking A Honeymoon in Hell: Mr. & Mrs. Oki’s Fabulous Trip. The movie is directed by Ryuichi Honda based on a 2008 comedy novel Ohkike no Tanoshii Ryoko: Shinkon Jigoku-hen by Shiro Maeda and even if you dont like foreign movies surely the name would catch your attention and at least a little sneak peek? It did it for me!
The movie tells the story of a newly wed couple who have grown that bored of each other and they just seem to fight over the smallest of things. After meeting a fortune teller in a local supermarket the couple go on a honeymoon but ordinary honeymoon as they go through "hell" meeting the weirdest of characters which sparks there rekindleship for each other.
A bizzare movie which im sure will end up on dvd and could be a cult type movie, who knows?! The new weds are played by Yutaka Takenouchi and Asami Mizukawa with the movie kicking off in Japan on May 14th.
