2011 TERRACOTTA FAR EAST FILM FESTIVAL Details

Next Month the Annual Terracotta Far East Film Festival the premier UK film festival dedicated to all things Asian film is back for a third year. From May 5th until May 8th at Londons Prince Charles Cinema, a selection of 14  hand picked movies which includes 7 UK Premieres, 6 European and 1World Premiere.

The festival will open with THE LOST BLADESMAN starring Donnie Yen as Guan Yun Chang the legendary blade slashing warrior from China, UK Premiere with Takayuki Yamada's  Milocrorze, A Love Story a colourful story about obessive love.One movie thats worthy of an mention is Gallants a movie voted in many peoples top 10 best Asian movies of 2010, a mashup of old school Kung-fu with modern day twist.

Its not all about the movies, every festival has a line up of special guests and Terracotta Fest is no different Yakuza Weapon star/director, with Tak Sakaguchi, Rina Takeda who is here for the World Premiere of Karate Girl, Clement Cheng director of Gallants  and Red Light Revoution director Sam Voutas. 

If Your London based or a massive fan of Asian cinema with easy access to London this is a festival you dont want to miss!

Tickets are on sale via the Prince Charles Cinema and the ticket prices are as follows,

Early Bird BEFORE 15th April: £7.50 or (£6.00 for PCC Members)
FROM 16th onwards: £8.50 or (£7.50 for PCC Members)
Festival Pass: £70 (entry to all films with reserved seating)
