Hitoshi Matsumoto’s SAYA ZAMURAI has had a new trailer released starring Takaaki Nomi, a recent a barman come variety show hit who plays a samurai named Kanjuro who decides to give up his sword after a certain incident. He wonders the lands unashamed of his actions with his embarrassed daughter (Sea Kumada) eventually a price is put on his head for leaving his post and is captured. He is given a chance of reprisal for his freedom if he can make a young lord laugh. SAYA ZAMURAI will be released in Japan on June 11, 2011.
