The Zombie Years is an ongoing web-comic based in post apocalyptic Miami Florida and a live action short called THE ZOMBIE YEARS: THANKS GRANDPA has been released online. The film tells the story of one of the comics characters Delilah 'Del' Esquinosa telling what her life was like before she met the other survivors. I haven't read the comic but this story ties in nicely with the comics main story so if your a regular reader of the comic you will be able to relate with it.
When all that exists is death, it takes more than survival to understand life, and we see Delilah "Del" Esquinosa go about this in her own way, from finding a new companion... to keeping old ones. What is family, friends, or even life itself when faced with the dead who won't DIE?
