As you know here at Cinehouse we love short films and do our best to show as many as we can, all types including all types of genres. Thanks to QuietEarth we have an old school short film which actually 52 minutes long from 1982/83 from Piotr Kamler, called Chronopolis which has inspired French filmmaker Jean Pierre Jeaunet (Micmacs, Amelie, Delicatessen. With technology improved so much many animator opt for more computer based creation but Kamler went for the Stop motion style animation which many new wave Czech, Russian animators made so popular in the decades before this film was made and is actually a form of animation some of today's animators are gradually experimenting in once again.
