After easter pathetic Tim Burton Alice In blunderland movie I went off Alice as well as Tim Burton movies, theres always a new adaptation of the movie happening somewhere nothing original about it. However if you where approached with a version which goes in a direction you would never think of what would you do? Check it out!!!
Ecila is that adaptation which takes the main elements of Alice pushes the story into modern times, throws in some grindhouse fantasy film noir and we get one fine piece of indie film making!
Ecila will be premiered at Haiwaiian Film Festival in October, you can check Ecila's theatrical trailer below.....

Trailer For Chinese Anime KSITIGARBHA
source Twitch
China isn't renowned for been a centre of producing animation, thats animation in the same frame and to the same qaulity as there neighbours Japan . Every so often there always comes a project which could match that qaulity of the Japanese anime masters and below theres a trailer for a movie that could be one of those projects, its called KSITIGARBHA.
The movie has been directed by Wu Hanqing and will be released by Beijing based animation house Vasoon. Visually it does look it does look really great, wait until half way when the action kicks in, the only doubt I have in this movie is the actual story is it good enough as you know a good story is usually a good movie (well 75% of the time!). There's a biggest religious feel to the movie especially Bhuddism definately one of caution, I would love to get my hands on this movie and many other movies but Im only a blogger!

Its a Big Bad Lonely Place even when you have your teddy...trailer for NO ROAD TO FOLLOW
Source QuietEarth
When you walk the burned decayed barren wasteland called earth with only a teddy bear for company looking for other survivors its a hard world out there. Below is the teaser trailer for Jeremy Rush's movie short NO ROAD TO FOLLOW his debut movie, its an interesting hopeful piece which has no dialogue, but what lacks in speech we get great cinematography along with a pounding soundtrack which does make this look a interesting movie which is due for release very soon.
