Who said movie shorts cant be fantastic? THE 3RD LETTER is a visually stunning short movie from Grzegorz Jonkajtys a movie which may look familar to some Cinehouse readers as we covered the trailer for the movie away back in 2009 when it was called 36 Stairs. The 3rd Letter is a bleak dystopian apoclayptic tale which shows Jonkajtys is a talent we must keep an eye out for in the near future as what hes done in the past is just extraodinary and its no surprise he's in line to direct Paul Sloan's SIPHON. Jonkajtys previous work includes THE ARK a movie which was selected by Cannes and LEGACY all amazing dark bleak works.
Synopsis:
Set against a polluted, megalopolis world, the tragic tale of Jeffrey Brief (Rodrigo Lopresti) unfolds; faced with the imminent loss of his crucial health insurance, Brief unwittingly unravels the dark truth behind population control that pushes him to unspeakable lengths.
