A Few months back I posted the teaser trailer for this movie Wai dor lei ah yut ho (Dream Home). The movie was in post-production period but that long road is nearly over as the movie will be out next month in Hong Kong (13th May), so when the release date comes out a full theatrical trailer usually follows and its below.
This is an slasher movie, so you'll be expecting a little bit of blood and guts here, well no. Possibly something to do with the laws in Hong Kong but more likely to tease the viewer to check the movie, like the recent Expandable trailer that gave away the actual Willis &Scwharznegger cameo i'm sure they dont want to spoil things here.

Trailer For Yuasa Masaaki's YOJOHAN SHINWA TAIKEI!

During my teens into early twenties my highlight of the weekend was heading upto Glasgow city centre to the comic book shops to my latest dc or marvel comics which eventually came manga and anime. Every day I would try source out new stuff but as time went by I lost interest mostly down to lack of money to buy what I like, but more recently I have started to rediscover anime once again and like my movie education I want to rediscover my anime/manga again.
Above is a second trailer for Yuasa Masaaki's YOHJOHAN SHINWA TAIKEI  a fantastic looking anime, with first look at the first character I thought I was looking at Japan's version of Desperete Dan! But what we get here is an fine example of great Japanese animation that graphically looks alternative but still with distinctive anime traits. it seems Masaaki shifts his drawing style per project which is sometimes a good thing but can be negative as well but on first impressions this is great stuff and a example how how talented the artist is.
Yohjohan Shinwa Taikei is an anime made for Japenese TV which will be starting soon and all I can say is brilliant stuff...give me more!!!

Above is the trailer for Australian outback horror PRIMAL which can be described as an Australian version of Eli Roth'sCabin Fever. Its frenzied, paranoid and damn scary if your in a strange land.
The movie has 4 students who head out into the outback to study wall paintings but whilst they camped outside one of the girls decidesto have a skinny dip and becomes very delerious. Soon as she gets out she is overcomed by fever, bleeding, confusion and she transgress into an predatory state...Primal. It doesnt take long for the other friends to realise they are the prey and she is the hunter and they must escsape. Before they can another one of their group becomes primal and they must kill their friends or simply be killed and the only way of escape is through the cave where the wall painting is and  inside they learn the true meaning of the paintng.
AV pictures has picked up the rights to the movie for UK & Ireland so expect a release sometime this year and its likely to be VOD/direct to dvd

The trailer for Director:Wagner de Assis NOSSO LAR

I'll openly admit I dont follow a religion and when I was young I was brought up as a cathloic. To me after oil religion is the biggest culprit for the problem in todays society worldwide, I hate when people try and force religion down your throat and get told by rightwing nobodies that my religion is wrong we are better than you. I appreciate religion has its positives but people who want religion should find it own there own terms.
Nosso Lar is one person's vision of an area in the afterlife that spiritually you can go to after death. The story does follow one man doctor AndrĂ© Luiz on his journey from death to afterlife and his discovery of Nosso Lar which is an city. Been from Brazil it may have a catholic inspiration to it (Brazil is an predominately catholic country) so it may upset some of those right wing conservatives outthere. This does look fascinating  but religion is an  sensatitive issue and people will say "the afterlife isn't like this" how do you know, have you died? And its this issue that upset me when people critised Peter Jackson's vision in The Lovely Bones, with religious nuts coming out saying afterlife isnt like this. Whatever you think 20th Century fox like this so I'll expect a remake a few years down the line.
Just respect religion and embrace the knowledge that there is so many religions out there and every one has their own visions & views which will not be the same as yours and never criticise anything you dont like and not to expect criticism back.
The movie is directed by Wagner de Assis  and the film is based on the works of Xico Xavier with the movie coming out September 3rd in Brazil
